Q: What kinds of ballasts do you take?

A: We take all types of ballasts including non-PCB, Electronic and Magnetic types

Q: Where do our old ballasts go? How are they recycled and reused?

A:       

• PCB/DEHP containing capacitors are removed from cover materials
  
• Capacitors are sent to an EPA Approved incineration facility via hazardous waste hauler and manifest
  
• Hazardous capacitors are properly incinerated, which eliminates generator liability.
  
• Non-hazardous materials (copper, steel) are separated for reclamation.

When processing is complete, we issue your company a Certificate of Recycling that verifies proper disposal.
